Registered Acupuncture (TCM)

Acupuncture is a unique therapeutic method involving the insertion of extremely thin steel acupuncture needles into acupoints along the meridians to prevent and treat a variety of ailments. Treatment may also include acupressure, Tuina massage, tool-assisted Gua Sha soft-tissue release, and cupping. Treatment without the use of needles is optional.


Specialty Massage Treatments

Hot Stone and Thai Yoga massage treatments, performed by an RMT, are both exceptionally relaxing and effective at reducing muscle tension, stiff joints, and pain.


Restorative Hot Stone Yoga

One-on-one restorative yoga session with RYT Christie Gray, available with Hot Stones to soothe tight muscles and warm the soul. Your private class includes therapeutic and revitalizing poses with props to gently support the body in restful positions, tailored to your goals. The use of heated, super smooth basalt stones offer relaxing warm to stiff, aching muscles, allowing for deeper relaxation.
